Minister Wilma Brown was born and raised in Columbus, MS. She graduated from high school and also received her Associate Degree in Business Administration.


September 1986 she heard the gospel preached and gave her life to the Lord, and weeks later she was filled with the Holy Ghost. There in Mississippi she attended 15th Street COGIC where she was greatly taught the word of God and Holiness. January 1991 she heard the Lord say unto her “I have anointed you to preach my Word.” September 21, 1991 the Lord blessed her with a wonderful husband Thomas L. Brown. December 1993 they were stationed in Izmir, Turkey where she served at the Izmir Military Chapel as the youth choir director, bible study teacher, and a minister. December 1995 they were stationed at Ft. Lewis WA, where she served at Lively Hope COGIC as an Asp Missionary, Bible Study teacher, Sunday school teacher, and YPWW President. December 2000 they were stationed at Ft. Stewart, GA where she served at Full Gospel Tabernacle COGIC. There she received her Missionary License, was President of the YWCC and also taught Sunday school.


December 2005 she served at the Ft. Stewart Main Post Chapel where she was over the Women’s Department and Bible Study teacher. She also has received her Minister License at the Chapel. Minister Brown served at Main Post Chapel until 2010.  December 2010 the Lord called her spouse and her unto the vineyard in Walthourville GA. There the Lord birthed Grace and Mercy Temple Ministry, Inc. where her husband Pastor Thomas L. Brown is pastor, and she serves as Co- Pastor. She is the mother of four children: Takeyta, Thomas II, Precious, Zephaniah, and one granddaughter, Suriyah Grace.
